I have been working at Source One Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I can't think of one.

    Cons

They advertised a Data Entry position on Craigslist. I submitted my resume and was called back for an interview. They sent me to a different staffing agency that told me that job didn't exist after 4 hours of interviewing, skills testing and filling out paperwork they said that they could start me at another job on Thursday, and that they would call with all the information that I needed. No call the next day, so I called them the day after that and was told everyone was in a meeting and they would call me. The next day I called and was told everyone was in a meeting again, I called again that after noon because I was supposed to be starting the next day and I had no information. I finally got to speak to Norma, the woman who interviewed me, and she told me that the company backed out at the last minute and that I didn't need to call everyday (like I was annoying her) and that if they had anything they would call me. They still haven't called me.

    Advice to Management

I wouldn't even know where to begin. They need to clean house starting with the management and recruit or hire someone competent to do the job.

I worked at Source One Staffing full-time

    Pros

The company is flexible in terms of schedule.

    Cons

Absolutely ZERO advancement opportunities. Top managers lack of management skills. Annual reviews are not conducted which means no annual raise, no cost of living adjustment...nada. What you start with is where you will stay....forever.

    Advice to Management

    Managers need better management skills.
