-Proper guidance/mentorship would be good for the new joiner with a little experience

- Freedom to structure reports the way I thought made the most sense

- The research required to complete reports gave me a crash course in fintech, cross-border payments and B2B marketplaces that seem to be a growing market in SE Asia
- CEO was flexible with internship projects and time off
- Exposure to completely different work cultures other than my own

- Not really a con but if you are unfamiliar with Singapore's bustling work culture, you must complete your due diligence before interning with this company.
