Very long and tedious consists of presentations and on the spot Q&A, However the compensation and benefits are definitely not worth for a Management associate trainee. Not worth going through such a tedious process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if (problematic scenario) occurs
Been ok ,questions were not difficult . Mostly average . Would expected it to be more difficult . Boss was nice. And speaks nicely. Was also quite structured . While at the same time specific as well
Entire interview is very unprofessional - interviewer yawning; not letting you finish your sentence; snark remarks belittling your experiences and the list goes on. By far the worst interview ever.
I got an offer from them but the offer letter is in similar unprofessional style - full of typos, truncated formatting etc. Feels like this company isn't interested in hiring at all, sincerely do not recommend anyone to even go for interview for this company, it's an absolute waste of time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not a lot of interview questions were asked, mostly them talking and telling me how important their company is.
The comment has quite a number of loopholes. Firstly, there are no full time marketing jobs posted recently. Secondly, there are multiple rounds for full time role in order to get to the offer stage. It seemed that you were only interviewed by one interviewer. Thirdly, this person lacks empathy. This is a misalignment of company values and certainly such candidates will never be offered a role at SourceSage.
