Pros
The pay is great if you can get into the 'boys club' and separate from us peons. I can only speculate what the higher ups make but from talk internally some managers were making upwards of $400k a year - definitely not the structure I was on!
Cons
Don't trust HR they are powerless and that is a good thing since they don't care about us normal folks. Don't trust management unless you can get into the 'boys club' - otherwise watch your back if you want to try to advance. The Share program sounds great - but do your research. They control your money and manipulate the numbers to make it work. Ask around there are lots of folks that know and will tell you. Do your own research - now a days there are lawsuits and a lot more info available worth the read.
