Pros
The over all work environment is very welcoming and the staff are genuinely happy to have you there. In my 40 plus years of working the health care field, Carefree Living Brainerd is the best place I have ever worked. I was accepted as a part of their team from day one and continue to experience this feeling every day from the time I step into the building until the time I leave. I'm not saying that the work isn't hard and I spend all day twirling my hair or surfing the internet, quite the opposite. The work is hard and demanding but I'm supported by my team mates and the atmosphere makes me glad to come every day.
Cons
The company has been very supportive in my training, just wish the internet system was stronger and the fire wall didn't shut me out so much.
