A friendly, open, and creative company to work for; lots of social and work-related perks, opportunities for learning and networking.
Cons
Depending on your team, there may not be clear career progression paths. Some positions are created due to a situational requirement (e.g. 6-month project) and that means that a 'next step' isn't clear, or doesn't exist at all. Advice would be to do and learn as much as possible during your time there, in preparation of moving on after your contract; if you end up staying, then no harm done.
