Pros

People are passionate and smart. Decent benefits and great work/life balance

Cons

Not enough head count. A lot of employees wearing multiple hats, doing more than what’s in their job description. Lots of change and reestablishing entire organizational structure.

Don’t be deceived by the shiny logo

Pros

The people I work with directly on a daily basis Recognizable brand.

Cons

For a company built on being fast in the water, things move very slowly. Limited or no upward mobility. Some jobs have no career path at all. Decline in product quality. Lots of drastic changes (layoffs, restructuring) before any type of real strategizing.
