The company's lack of morals and disregard for regulatory controls, along with its questionable business practices, all seem to emanate from an inexperienced and incompetent CEO who exclusively listens to those who support his plans. Concerns for client welfare and legal regulations are effortlessly brushed aside as he, together with his army of Oompa Loompas, sings and dances away the issues, dismissing them as insignificant. This CEO also dedicates his time to devising ways to oust experienced and competent management and staff, yet he proudly assumes the title of "Chief Everything Officer," despite being the root cause of this predicament. With each initiative, the primary concern lies in how it can enhance their image and vanity, meticulously strategizing on which hashtags to use and with whom to take pictures to bolster their reputation on social media. Embracing the philosophy of "fake it until you make it," they prioritise the appearance of success over genuine accomplishments.
