There was quite an intensive assignment that was required. With in depth ideation involved. After which, they do not reply on the results. There was no online or face to face interview as well.

I interviewed for a marketing position and quickly realized that their hiring process is just a cover for collecting free ideas. They assign candidates tasks that involve coming up with actual marketing campaigns, only to use those ideas in their own strategy without ever hiring anyone.
This isn’t a one-time occurrence—I’ve noticed they repost the same job listing repeatedly throughout the year. It’s clear they have no intention of filling the role but instead use the process to crowdsource ideas from unsuspecting applicants.
If you’re considering applying, be aware that your work may be used without credit or compensation. I strongly advise against wasting your time here.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Speedoc
Interview
Be careful about how much time you spend on their case challenge. Was called by HR a few days after applying but was instantly given a case challenge to do over the weekend before even having an interview.
Following case challenge submission, was asked to do an online interview with the team. “Tell me about yourself” and had to present portfolio but nothing about presenting the case challenge. Plenty of questions to answer after.
Followed up with a FTF interview a few days later to present portfolio again to another team and present case challenge. Was asked a lot of situational questions. Interview seemed hopeful with the responses given and was told to get an update within the next week.
However, I never got an update. Had to follow up with HR weeks after interview for an update. Took another week for a response with a misspelled name too, for a last minute call but I asked for another option. Never got any response after that. Felt very disrespectful after the efforts and time spent on the case challenge and the interviews. The least was to keep to their word about giving an update or at least spell checking candidate’s name.
