Pros
Extremely strong pedigree, network, client base, and rigorous work environment. This is a top firm, the work is challenging but great. Generally good culture and you can definitely find your people. Benefits used to be best in class but now would say they're just good.
Cons
It's professional services - to be successful, you're working on your clients' time which means long hours and unexpected fire drills. Not worse than any other top consulting or business roles.
