Under the right manager, you can have a lot of autonomy, the right opportunities for development and coaching.
Cons
Spencer Stuart can be a very good place to work if you have a good manager. However, not everyone who is in a position to manage a team has any experience or training to do so. This results in a lot of unhappy teams with managers who have / dedicate no time to their team's development.
