Pros
Coworkers who make the work environment somewhat tolerable.
Cons
If you're looking for a workplace that values longevity, loyalty, or the well-being of its employees, this may not be the right place for you. During my time here, I consistently went above and beyond—working past contracted hours, taking on additional responsibilities, and contributing as a team player. However, none of that seemed to matter when I expressed a concern or challenged a decision. Any form of constructive feedback or questioning of authority was met with hostility, and the hard work I put in was quickly forgotten. Despite having completed the probationary period, I witnessed and experienced instances where employees were let go on the spot, without warning or valid reasoning. It created a constant sense of instability and fear among staff. There is little to no loyalty from upper management. Once you start to show signs of burnout—which is almost inevitable given the constant demands—they don’t offer support. Instead, you're swiftly replaced, as if your contributions never mattered. This job may work as a short-term opportunity, but if you're looking to build a long-term career or expect recognition for your effort and dedication, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
