Great team, very close knit and every supported each other. Not a dog eat dog sales role. My Team lead at the time, Yusuf, was great to work with and had a good balanced management style. I did prefer Cricklewood branch over Tower Bridge as I liked the fast paced and higher footfall compared to Tower Bridge

I had a very positive experience working at Splend in Cricklewood. The team was fantastic—supportive, genuine, and great to work with, which made even the busiest days enjoyable. Management regularly sought feedback from employees and were genuinely open to improving processes, introducing incentives, and creating a better working environment. During my time with the company, I watched it grow significantly and felt that I played a meaningful role in that growth, which was recognised and rewarded.
