Pros

Remote work, decent product market fit

Cons

Egotistical CRO (different BS title now!) with no hard, or soft, skills makes growth impossible. We need product marketing! fired in 3 months. We need a US GTM team! fired in 3 months. Take a look at people who have past employeer as Splitmetrics and you'll realise that most don't last 3 months. My best advice is download duolingo and get your Russian up to scratch if you'd like to pass your probabtion period.
