      Pros

      Money spent on materials budget is generous, the commitment to the community is dedicated. Librarians are excellent.

      Cons

      Management is lax. Staff policies are antiquated. Unprofessional work atmosphere at some branches, where coworker fraternization is overlooked. This favoritism causes internal erosion of staff morale, and inappropriate behavior in some branches continues. Management needs to watch as this will eventually become a problem.

      Pros

      Great benefits with great PTO and Holidays as well as fully employer paid benefits. Mostly good low level management and a good industry and community to work in if you enjoy being customer facing.

      Cons

      Some member of management and leadership seem out of touch and sometimes create a negative and accusatory atmosphere. Not a lot of upward movement opportunities and it seems to be personal more than professional when making certain decisions. Low paying for similar jobs in the local area.
