* sexism is rampant in upper management and ignored. the people team took no action once this came to light. multiple female colleagues were afraid of the CTO and the advances made on them.
* CTO made multiple sexually explicit and graphic comments towards several women
* CTO embodies the person from sexual harassment training to avoid/not be like. quid pro quo, unwelcome advances, invitations outside of work, sexually explicit remarks, retaliation just to name a few
* when leadership is made aware of a major issue (like a sexist CTO or discrimination incident) they sweep it under the rug and pretend it never happened
* multiple incidents and reports of verbal harassment by senior leadership towards junior employees were ignored
* incompetent leadership. beyond tolerating the toxicity of the c-suite, they make it worse by being disconnected from the company, culture, industry and only seeking to get their agenda across the line. be prepared to manage yourself/your team on your own and hope leadership doesn't come and stir up the pot
* certain teams are heavily favored and get carte blanche of whatever they want while others are neglected and overworked
* covid layoffs were predominately non-white-male employees, even though many were top performers
