Pros
Fantastic work experience. You will learn how to think on your feet and be able to solve problems that most people would not be able to handle. You might get little to no help, but it makes you efficient... or you will fail. If you succeed, you can move up in the company quickly. You travel a lot, and will get to know your coworkers really fast, It’s probable the best part of the job. The benefits are really good
Cons
On-boarding is a long possess and you might not always get the help you need because it seems like there are not enough people to get the jobs done. The CEO throws a lot of tantrums in the middle of the office making the office an uncomfortable place to be. Turnover seems to be a red flag, many have left or were fired quickly leaving the remaining employees in an uncomfortable spot. Hopefully that changes. Work life balance is hard when you work weeks on the road and come home to be right back in the office. The hours add up and you will work around the clock to keep all your projects on track. Working on PTO is a norm and happens all the time.
