      Lots of responsibility from the very beginning, great way to develop new skills. Very friendly atmosphere, highly inclusive.

      Salary is quite low, even for the industry.

      Pros

      Great environment - friendly and interesting international students, nice co-workers, free parking and good location. Can be very gratifying at times.

      Cons

      Low salary, tedious work, lots of overtime in summer season, can be very stressful. Not a very good flow of communication - a lot of mixed messages and secrecy.
