      Friendly atmosphere, a lot of flexibility with teaching techniques, good students.

      Cons

      The classes are not run all the time, so you`ll probably have short breaks.

      Pros

      Great environment - friendly and interesting international students, nice co-workers, free parking and good location. Can be very gratifying at times.

      Cons

      Low salary, tedious work, lots of overtime in summer season, can be very stressful. Not a very good flow of communication - a lot of mixed messages and secrecy.

      Friendly staff and managers. Recognized brand in international education industry. Flexible schedules. Structured training and remote assistance.

      Cons

      Lack of interest to grow as a company. Company has the mentality of "It has always been done this way" . Company doesn't recognize employees' input and and advice on ways to grow. Lack of flexibility to adjust in certain markets.
