      The team is Strong and the General Manager and Owner value their people and work hard to appreciate individual accomplishments. The team works hard and gets along. Overall a good atmosphere.

      Cons

      No Cons. Just had a better opportunity. If not for that I would still be there.

      Good management and family feel. Management will be firm when they need to but normally easy going and caring for their employees.

      Crazy scheduling and drive time can be an issue occasionally.
