Pros

Choose the job you love and you won't work a day in your entire life. That's really true when you work for a company that gives you the right boost! Here at Spring, I have found friendly, professional people. There is always a nice atmosphere and plenty of food and drink !! The thing I love most is that they trust you and what you do.

Cons

I will not work from home because I love coming to the office!

Pros

The red flags were so abundantly clear that most people have washed their hands with the company and have moved on to much better opportunities.

Cons

Where to begin? Culture and leadership - beyond the nice people Spring has managed to employ, there's very little positive to say. The leadership emanates a toxic work culture. Trust amongst team members rarely exists, talking is discouraged, office days are mandated with very little rationale beyond 'we need to look busy when people come to the office' and unrealistic expectations are set with complete disregard for how realistic they might be and the obstacles stopping them. The founders flit between long-term planning and immediate results without any clear strategy. It becomes obvious very quickly that the mood is tense, progress is slow and prospects are minimal. Business outlook - Overwhelmingly negative. Spring tries to pride itself as a challenger being not just iterative on legacy brands but something completely new. This is simply false. In its current form, it is just another old tech buyer and reluctance to recognise this is a major failing. There is lots of talk about the 'future', building new tech ownership but anyone with any ounce of realism will see that this is a future that almost definitely won't ever exist. It's a distant pipe dream with no market research backing up the concept other than it sounds like a vaguely nice idea. Growth opportunities - None. Overview - It is abundantly clear that the founders are inexperienced and out of their depth. They don't know how to run a company, don't have previous experiences to draw from and lack the people and communication skills required to motivate, inspire and manage.

Pros

Supportive and collaborative team culture, strong leadership, and a clear product vision.
