      Pros

      This isn’t THE worst place to work but don’t be fooled by all these fake 5 star reviews. Only a few people in sales do well while most are making $35,000 per year. They do try a little bit to make it a fun environment but the CEO outright tells people to work until they bleed.

      Cons

      It’s very unorganized and there are a lot of inexperienced people in most positions. I will leave when I find another opportunity.

      Decent work life balance. Good opportunities to earn commissions

      Very low base comp Management is out of touch with reality. They recently announced that they are moving the office to Philly, which is going to make a lot of people's commutes much worse, and will increase costs for employees. This was done in a very unempathetic way, the CEO didn't care at all about the downsides and thinks people should be excited about the new office because it has cold brew on tap. Benefits are terrible. The employer contribution to our insurance premiums are way below market rate.
