Pros
So much potential squandered. Great environment fostered by some caring members and staff, good events and peaceful moments but they only last so long.
Cons
It’s tragic to see it wasted with disorganized management and greed. Clout is what makes this mirage float. Worked for about a year at Spring Place and it was a mess. High turnover rate, miscommunication between every single department, poor planning, and the worst of all, zero regard for their employees.
