The people are all very smart and friendly. The work is interesting and you are constantly learning. There is plenty of opportunity for growth with the integration with the Sanner Group.

- Project allocation can appear quite opaque, people are encouraged to speak with sales team members but allocation appears to be done solely based on senior management preference and past working habits - Can be sustained periods of low workload and can be stuck on single projects for a long time, with few prospects once off the project
