I applied online. I interviewed at Springboard (Cambridge)
Interview
Non technical Microsoft team's interview followed by technical interview. After two interviews they didn't even email back to say I didn't get the job. I followed up asking for feedback twice and they completely ignored me. This is the sort of bad attitude you expect from larger companies, but not small consultancies with < 50 employees. Massively unimpressed.

Interview
Two interviews, each lastly about an hour and a half, conducted by a panel of two people (majority directors). Each interview covered different parts of my background knowledge and were very in depth, probing technical knowledge. There were also problem solving case studies to run through.
