First interview is like speed dating, You and several other candidates spend 5-10 minutes with multiple "Springboarders" who will ask you very personal, intrusive questions like "What was your largest purchase in the past year?" and "What was the scariest experience you've ever had?" None of the questions are designed to see if you are qualified for the job, but rather whether you will fit into their culture.
