After a year of employment under the SQM banner, I could list the fair pay, the extremely good systems in use, the flexible schedule; however, the pillar of SQM that stands out is the staff. This is the COMPLETE opposite of toxic. Any question you ask is answered as if it's the first time. There is no "big me little you". The team built a train which is engineered by the most understanding, knowledgable, patient and wise staff one could find. The reason why employees stay so long with very little turnaround is self explanatory.
