Nice patrons and good hours, but poor management - Server/Waitress St. Camillus Employee Review

Caring environment to work in and for the residents.

There aren't any that I see.

Good location, Nice incentives for employees such as food, parties, dress down days every Friday, competitive salary, nice people in most departments. Supervisor realizes work and family balance.

Some of the benefits could be better cost wise. Some managers need more training in their roles to be successful.
