Pros
very relaxed atmoshere, deadlines not too strict, friendly people. Excellent work-life balance due to the stress free environemnt
Cons
Systems were not adequate at correctly measuring risk, traders would not take in anything indicated to them and were not very positive to any suggestions. Had a reputation as cowboys due to the trades they were taking and their attitude. not an ideal environment if you want to learn a lot and get an idea of cutting edge systems. Please note quite a few f these deciptions might have changed as that experience happened almost 8 years ago.
