Pros
The intern program is really rebranding itself. There were 15 interns during the summer I was there and we did numerous activities together. Everyone did actual work that helped the company and I had a mentor that sat a few feet from me.
Cons
They are really trying to build an elite intern program, so there are a few areas still being worked out. Once every department is on board it will be fantastic.
