Most management/sr management are lost in their work and don’t care about employee growth. Will say whatever to get you to work there and then avoid supporting any level of personal development. Managers on the software development/hosting side are all great, friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed working with them. Managers on the customer success side are overwhelmed and require more training on how to support and manage others. Avoid if possible. No room for real growth as it is a small company and you will be stuck in the same role for a very long time despite what has been discussed upon signing your contract. If you don’t mind staying in the same role, being thrown around to random projects under the guise of “start ups require you to wear many hats” then this is the company for you.
