Pros
The company has a really great culture. We have regular team events which are great for morale. Management offers unlimited PTO and is genuinely flexible with time off. As a smaller company of ~40 people, you feel like your work has a direct impact.
Cons
As is common with smaller companies, some of the processes are still developing. Compensation is fair, but could be more competitive to keep up with the market.
