Pros
I spent 5 years with Starr and had a very enjoyable experience. The people are smart, efficient and problem solvers. A great environment!
Cons
By 2010 many senior executives from AIG came over, possibly after waiting for some of the scandal "dust" to settle. With this came the old boys network I had wanted to avoid. And things simply deteriorated from there.
