Company doesn’t keep their word - Anonymous employee Starr Insurance Companies Employee Review

We were promised a hybrid workplace in writing. The CEO went back on that promise with zero notice with no explanation. He didn’t even have the courage to tell us himself! People made decisions based upon that promise such as moving, etc. Now people are quitting left and right even people with the company 20 years or more. Bosses are quitting.
