      Supervisors and coworkers are super helpful and patient at teaching the system. Work is pretty simple and straightforward

      Leave earning is good but it goes down for newer employees. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Convinced most in leadership have never taken a walk through the leadership section at the the local bookstore. Zero career progression opportunities.
