Pros
This was a great place to work in the time I was there. The only reason I left is because I moved. This was a small family business that is growing into an everyday name in the security business. Good benefits and great ownership.
Cons
I can't think of too many consumers except that there can be a high turnover rate in the monitoring department but I think that's because the employees hired don't fully understand what they are expected to do.
