      Pros

      1. Good pay 2. Fun and fast paced industry so it’s never boring 3. Free company vehicle for a large amount of roles

      Cons

      1. No work-life balance - Expect to work 10+ hour days 2. Yearly raises should not be expected 3. Poor company culture from the top down 4. It’s an a good ole boys club and everyone is aware/jokes about it 5. Not much formal training so you’re expected to just learn and hope for the best 6. PLM review system is outdated and doesn’t accurately reflect employee performance - good luck figuring out what your yearly bonus might be 7. Expected to work during vacation

      Pros

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      Cons

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
