Pros

The People: Good colleagues are the only reason anyone stays as long as they do. The Basics: Salary is paid on time, and they provide lunch (though it's a poor trade-off for your entire personal life)

Cons

Exploitative Working Hours: Expect to be "on" from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Management has zero respect for boundaries or work-life balance. When you add commute time to a 13-hour shift, you are essentially living to work. Zero Career Growth: Forget about a promotions, good salary hike and bonus. Mid and Junior-level employees are treated as disposable labor with no path upward. Management Disarray: There are no fixed office days, making it impossible to have any routine. The "perks" like free lunch are a transparent attempt to mask a toxic, high-pressure environment. High Turnover: Talented people are leaving in droves because the culture is unsustainable and its also shown on the Share price.

Pros

I've really enjoyed the culture here at Stem. Working directly with the leadership team and HR has been an incredible experience. Their dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive culture is truly inspiring. Work-life balance is highly prioritized, with flexible policies that support employees.

Cons

No significant cons—just the usual growing pains of a company striving to improve, which leadership actively addresses.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we are thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed your time here at Stem! The organization is growing and through growth, comes growing pains; however, it is great to hear that even with some of the recent changes, you have still had a great experience and have felt supported and inspired.

Pros

I learned a lot about energy storage technology and got solid sales curiosity training that strengthened my fundamentals and confidence in customer conversations.

Cons

The pace and ambiguity could be exhausting, and the leadership style sometimes felt unreasonable and fear-based, which made it harder to do sustainable, high-quality work.
