Pros

1. Salary is good 2. Few team given remote work

Cons

1. Layoff Culture. Once your task completed they you can be lay-off at any time. I can see that few employees were fired from job within 2-3 months of joining once their work is finish Guys you can go to linkedln and pick five employees of India and you shall find 70-80% must have been fired from job despite high performer. Please don't join this company on the name of high package, you will suffer. On the name of product based company they allure you but nothing good with them. I have seen Ex-Microsoft/Gartner employees were hire here with good package and once they finished work upfront, they were removed from company. I have seen personally even very good coders are removed in seconds with even one feedback of insecure lead. I could see one lead was becoming insecure with good team member performance and after finishing work team members removed. No mechanism to put identify truth.

Pros

I've really enjoyed the culture here at Stem. Working directly with the leadership team and HR has been an incredible experience. Their dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive culture is truly inspiring. Work-life balance is highly prioritized, with flexible policies that support employees.

Cons

No significant cons—just the usual growing pains of a company striving to improve, which leadership actively addresses.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we are thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed your time here at Stem! The organization is growing and through growth, comes growing pains; however, it is great to hear that even with some of the recent changes, you have still had a great experience and have felt supported and inspired.

Pros

I learned a lot about energy storage technology and got solid sales curiosity training that strengthened my fundamentals and confidence in customer conversations.

Cons

The pace and ambiguity could be exhausting, and the leadership style sometimes felt unreasonable and fear-based, which made it harder to do sustainable, high-quality work.
