Please don't join this company on the name of high package, you will suffer. On the name of product based company they allure you but nothing good with them. I have seen Ex-Microsoft/Gartner employees were hire here with good package and once they finished work upfront, they were removed from company. I have seen personally even very good coders are removed in seconds with even one feedback of insecure lead. I could see one lead was becoming insecure with good team member performance and after finishing work team members removed. No mechanism to put identify truth.
