      paid summers off, good work/life balance for the summer

      High demanding job, case managers aren't great with communicating deadlines in a timely manner, and case managers should also be in charge of reaching out to families and acquiring paperwork for the consultants. The company needs to update their method of billing/data collection from paper to an electronic system.
