The CEO Angel Mehta made the employees feel like his family and wanted to make sure there is no call center culture. When the recruiting and staffing industry started in Vadodara, a typical call center atmosphere was followed by different co in Metros however Angel made it pretty exciting where you could where casuals, could bring pets and kids to the office, hours were flexible, there were privilege leaves, the concept of President's Club in Vadodara started with Sterling Hoffman. The career path offered was incredible and the ways you could get promotion were unique, as it did not only depend on feedback etc. you 'd have to read books and do a presentation, you could get two promotions within a year..!! The concept of Home Office and Friday half day started at Sterling Hoffman and that too was unique. I miss those days!
