Pros

Honestly only that you can work remotely.

Cons

If I could give negative stars I would. This company does not care about anyone and except their megalomaniac CEO who wants to be the current president’s pet. Anyone who has a differing opinion is fired in an unfair manner. Staff are continually told they’ll be fired unless they perform better even over public forums like Slack. Furthermore, when the CEO decided to make the company political years ago, staff were forced to comply and peddle his political agenda through customer support.

Pros

Remote work in a low stress, work from home enviornment. Email only customer service, and no phones which is amazing. The pay is above average for most remote customer service jobs, and the support managers are very nice

Can't really think of any cons, tbh.

Pros

I don't think that people who live with the constant fear of job loss will have something positive to say about this workplace. I don't.

Cons

The people at the top are horrible. These arrogant and evil human beings fire people randomly without notice. It creates an ambiance of fear where no one knows who will be the next one. It made the work ambiance terribly stressful.
