      Pros

      Great people to work with. Very intelligent, passionate, and hard working. The working hours (market hours) are also very nice!

      Cons

      Lots of politics, hard to get ahead if you aren't willing to suck up to the right people. Can get stuck doing the same thing on the same desk for a long time, no career path.
