      the good things Stratus has is that you are your own boss, you can, you are own your own pace of course do not take your time, but is more calm and the offices I clean are good, good place, nice people

      there are some of the offices boss that are not good, sometimes they are not pleased about you work.

      Ability to build relationships and opportunity for hands on training.

      Cons

      -work / life balance is terrible, they expect you to basically be “on call” evenings and weekends with no extra pay -no room for professional growth -zero benefits -leadership is almost non-existent
