Pros

The new office is appealing.

Cons

First, I would like to point out that most of these 5 star reviews were written within days of each other. AKA the company “suggested” we write reviews to boost their otherwise non-existent Glassdoor rating. When I started with this company I was extremely excited to join what seemed like an exciting and innovative software company. I quickly learned that though the product is innovative, the company is less than exciting. To begin, there is almost no work-life balance. It is extremely difficult to switch your schedule around, and for most employees they prohibit working from home. Management is also less than ideal. There is EXTREME favoritism that is blatantly obvious. Though goals are provided, managers fail to follow through, as their focus is on anything but the success of their team. There is also no ability to grow and promotions are almost non-existent. Employees are leaving left and right. Be wise and steer clear of this place until they can make some MAJOR changes to the overall organizational structure.

Pros

It makes it easy to work for an industry leader who genuinely cares about both their partners and their employees. I have had the opportunity to grow professionally from Customer service to Account Management Lead into currently, Sales Consulting and feel upper leadership does want to promote from within which is refreshing.

Cons

It does take a solid 6 months to learn all the ins and outs of the system
