Pros

The new office is appealing.

Cons

First, I would like to point out that most of these 5 star reviews were written within days of each other. AKA the company “suggested” we write reviews to boost their otherwise non-existent Glassdoor rating. When I started with this company I was extremely excited to join what seemed like an exciting and innovative software company. I quickly learned that though the product is innovative, the company is less than exciting. To begin, there is almost no work-life balance. It is extremely difficult to switch your schedule around, and for most employees they prohibit working from home. Management is also less than ideal. There is EXTREME favoritism that is blatantly obvious. Though goals are provided, managers fail to follow through, as their focus is on anything but the success of their team. There is also no ability to grow and promotions are almost non-existent. Employees are leaving left and right. Be wise and steer clear of this place until they can make some MAJOR changes to the overall organizational structure.

Casual dress code, friendly coworkers, fun and growing industry.

Cons

Unfortunately you will not be appreciated for your time, skills, and effort at Streamline. They will tell you that this job requires hard work but in reality this means you will be overworked. You are expected to work more than 40 hours a week, especially for the customer and tech support roles. You will not receive promotions unless you totally give up your work-life balance. However, when you do work hard they will just continue to give you more work without a promotion or pay increase. Bonuses are not guaranteed and they will be threatened in meetings. They do not reward or value their top employees, instead they just shift work around to help the lazy team members. There is also blatant favoritism among the managers and COO. It is completely unprofessional and good luck becoming one of the favorites as a new employee. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews on Glassdoor or their AZ Top Companies award. We were highly suggested to complete these reviews and called out if we did not. They are in desperate need of a major overhaul and true leaders. Many employees have left the company recently and for good reasons. Don't waste your time and value here!

Pros

There are some very hardworking and nice employees. The dress code is very casual and laid back.

Cons

This is a job that will pay you very minimal for the work that is expected of you. You will be expected to work late, work on the weekends, and may even receive messages regarding work on holidays. You will be expected to bend over backwards for all clients of the company even if the request is ridiculous. The pay is not fairly balanced at all and will not be based on skill or merit but more if you spew the company lines and work 80 hours a week. (Unless you're in tech support) If you are a member of the support team, be prepared to work a bunch of tickets and may get locked in a room until they are completed. There is also an idea of being grateful for working for their company and being thankful for a job in general. There is also nepotism that will occur and the job will burn you out very quickly.
