      - Declining leadership and work culture - Unusual hiring/promotional practices and favoritism - Unbalanced bonus structure (i.e., leadership and special stockholders only) - Numerous changes to benefits and pay - Multiple mass layoffs - Success based on personal relationships rather than work product

      Pros

      At minimum, they feed you every day. Very few of the employees are decent humans.

      Cons

      Leadership cares only about the top and Engineers. They have no moral compass, and honestly, no work ethic. They expect you to work, work, work, with pay that is most of the time wayyy below market. Flat organization with no room for career advancement...unless you are in leadership.
