Newer management lacks necessary skills to motivate employees. stuck in old ways of doing things. Tries to lead by fear.
No real room for advancement.
CEO states employees can talk to him anytime, but when you try, you're told not to (by others within the company). So I would have to say chalk that up to lack of open communication.
The top management does not give the impression it cares about it's employees or their needs. They would rather just use a dead way of creating leads and not focusing on what's going on in today's world and all the social media we have available to market ourselves. Creating a "call center" type of environment isn't effective, especially when we all work remotely.
