Pros
Work benefits and salaries were great, I really miss the people I worked with since so many are geniuses with such a strong work ethic.
Cons
The CEO is driving the company into the ground, and everyone in the company knows it. She is hellbent on making all employees work from the office, no matter what is going on in their lives despite herself working from home a lot of the time. She complains about staff finishing work at 5.30 (the time we are contracted to work until). It's even worse when she complains that she is surprised that all of the talent are leaving when she is literally taking away our oxygen supply making it hard for all of us to breathe. It's hard having a CEO that doesn't know enough of the delivery ecosystem, What's even sadder is that whenever anyone presents amazing ideas to help the company grow, everyone is immediately shot down and forced to execute on ideas that either do not make sense, or we know are not realistic. I left because the recruiter lied to me about being able to work 1 day from the office, but in reality, we are forced to work 3 days a week in the office and if we don't we face getting fired. The pay gap between regular employees and ExCo is massive. They simply don't care what you think and they do not care if you are unhappy, they come with the mentality that you should be grateful to work for this company.
