Great place if you enjoy working independently - Anonymous employee Subex Employee Review

Subex is a great company if you enjoy working independently and are willing to take initiative to move things forward. While, like every company, there are roadblocks on the way to progress, most often when I see an issue or project that I want to move forward and I simply do it, the initiative is appreciated. Unlike some environments where there is danger of stepping on someone’s toes, I have found at Subex people actually appreciate someone taking on projects and solving problems. If I hear one complaint from people it is that not enough is being done to advance the ball on certain fronts – but, in my experience, that is opportunity. Those people should simply kick the ball forward themselves. They will find there is not much resistance and there is generally appreciation.
